Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on 15 January 1985 as a private limited company under the name of Vinylon Industries Sdn Bhd. On 20 June 1986, we changed our name to K. Seng Seng Sdn Bhd and on 16 June 1999, we changed our name to K. Seng Seng Corporation Sdn Bhd. We were subsequently converted into a public company on 15 July 2009.
We are an investment holding company. Our Group is principally involved in the following core activities:-
- Manufacturing of secondary stainless steel products namely welded stainless steel tubes and pipes, stainless steel industrial fasteners, rigging accessories and components;
- Processing of secondary stainless steel flat and long products namely stainless steel sheets, stainless steel round bars, stainless steel flats bars as well as stainless steel angles bars; and
- Trading of industrial hardware including marine hardware and consumables.
K. Seng Seng Industries Sdn Bhd
K. Seng Seng Industries Sdn Bhd (KSSI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of K. Seng Seng Corporation Bhd. KSSI was incorporated in Malaysia on 2 August 1999 under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of K. Seng Seng Trading Sdn Bhd. It subsequently assumed its present name on 30 January 2007.
KSSI is principally involved in the processing of secondary stainless steel long products, sales and marketing of stainless steel industrial fasteners, rigging accessories and components, and trading of industrial hardware.
K. Seng Seng Manufacturing Sdn Bhd
K. Seng Seng Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (KSSM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of K. Seng Seng Corporation Bhd. KSSM was incorporated in Malaysia on 10 October 2007 under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of K. Seng Seng Manufacturing Sdn Bhd.
KSSM is principally involved the manufacturing of stainless steel industrial fasteners, rigging accessories and components.
PTM Steel Industry Sdn Bhd
PTM Stainless Steel Sdn Bhd (PTM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of K. Seng Seng Corporation Bhd. PTM was incorporated in Malaysia on 20 July 1992 under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of Malindo Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd. On 5 June 1998, it changed its name to PTM Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd and its present name was assumed on April 2018.
PTM is principally involved in the manufacturing of stainless steel tubes and pipes, and processing of secondary stainless steel flat products.
Three & Three Hardware Sdn Bhd
Three & Three Hardware Sdn Bhd (TTH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of K. Seng Seng Corporation Bhd. TTH was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 July 1995 under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of Three & Three Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. It subsequently assumed its present name on 24 June 1997.
TTH is principally involved in the sales and marketing of secondary stainless steel products namely tubes, pipes and sheets, and trading of industrial hardware.
KSG Engineering Sdn Bhd
KSG Engineering Sdn Bhd (KSG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of K. Seng Seng Corporation Bhd. KSG was incorporated in Malaysia on 18 November 2010 under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of KSG Engineering Sdn Bhd.
KSG is principally involved in the engineering works and trading of all kinds of bearing motors, speed reducers, sprocket gears, belting pulley, couplings and others.
Koseng Sdn Bhd
Koseng Sdn Bhd (KS), a 75%-owned subsidiary of K. Seng Seng Corporation Bhd. KS was incorporated in Malaysia on 06 December 2011 under the Companies Act as a private limited company.
KS is principally involved in the trading of various industrial and marine hardware and consumables, sales and marketing of stainless steel products namely industrial fasteners, rigging accessories and components, flat and long products, tubes and pipes and supply of construction materials, machineries and machinery related parts.
EIE Asian Holding Sdn Bhd
EIE Asian Holding Sdn Bhd is an investment holding company focused on the Group’s expansion plans through diversifying and by creating new business units in line with the Group vision.
The Group is also an Associate of Messr K.Seng Seng Corporation Berhad, a listed Company in Bursa Malaysia.
